Australia is the release where ServiceNow’s governance architecture catches up to its AI ambition. The platform now enforces what it previously only monitored.

The organizations that will extract maximum value from Australia, and enter Brazil with confidence, are those that treat governance infrastructure as a strategic capability, not an implementation tax.
